Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (these "Terms") carefully as they govern your use of all APMIC's products and services. These include, but are not limited to www.ap-mic.com, opentalk.ap-mic.com, caigunn.ap-mic.com, and APMIC-provided apps (collectively, the "Service").
When you register for or use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms outlined in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, or if your country or region prohibits any part of these terms, you should stop using the Service immediately.
In addition, by using specific features of the Service, you may also be subject to additional terms or regulations specific to those features. These additional terms are considered part of these Terms.
We, the APMIC company, reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Such changes will be announced on the website and/or other communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use and any subsequent amendments before using the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that this consent has been obtained.

Privacy Policy
This Service is committed to protecting your privacy. Your membership registration and other specific information will be protected and regulated in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" of this Service. By using this Service, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including online activities and survey responses, as outlined in the "Privacy Policy."
General Terms
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding your use of the Service, replacing any prior agreements between you and the Service. The interpretation and application of these Terms, as well as any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), except where otherwise stipulated by law. The Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall serve as the court of jurisdiction.
The Service's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that the court shall strive to give effect to the original intentions of the Service as reflected in the provision. All other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Member Registration Obligations and Account/ Password Security
To use this Service, you agree to and commit to the following:

Provide your accurate and complete information as prompted during the registration process for this Service, and maintain and update this information to ensure it is correct, up-to-date, and complete.

If you provide the Service with any incomplete, incorrect, or false information, this Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you to use all or part of this Service.

Upon registration, you will receive receive an account and password. This account is non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this account and password.

If your account is hacked or any other security issue arises, you will immediately notify the Service.
Member Usage Guidelines and Obligations
In addition to complying with these Terms of Use, you agree to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China, other service terms of this Service, and agree not to engage in the following actions: If you are a user outside of the Republic of China (Taiwan), you also agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. You agree and guarantee that you will not use this Service for illegal activities or actions that infringe upon the rights of others.

Impersonate others to use this Service.

Infringe others' reputation, privacy, copyright, intellectual property rights, and other rights of others.

Upload, post, or publish any false, defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, contrary to public order and good customs, inciting criminal behavior, or otherwise illegal text, pictures, or files of any form.

Violate confidentiality obligations required by law or contract.

Upload, post, or publish any files or code containing computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other programs that disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of software or hardware.

Engage in the sale of firearms, drugs, illegal substances, pirated software, other contraband, or other illegal transactions.

Destroy or interfere with the data, activities, or features provided by this Service, or invade, attempt to invade, destroy any system of this Service in any way, or engage in any activities causing harm or destruction to this Service.

Collect email addresses or other personal data from others without consent.

Any other actions that this Service may reasonably deem inappropriate.
If you violate or are suspected of violating the above, this Service reserves the right, with or without notice, to terminate or restrict your account (or any part of it) or access to the Service at any time. This includes removing and deleting any related "member content" within the Service. You agree that if your use of the Service is terminated or restricted, this Service is not liable to you or any third party.
Contributions to the Service
If you provide any ideas, suggestions, or proposals (hereinafter referred to as "contributions") to the Service, you understand and agree that:

The contributions are not confidential or proprietary and do not infringe upon the reputation, privacy rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others.

The Service has no explicit or implied obligation of confidentiality regarding the contributions.

The contributions automatically become the property of the Service without any obligation to you. Under no circumstances are you entitled to claim compensation or remuneration from the Service.

Your Authorization to the Service
If you do not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display a certain material, and transfer the aforementioned rights to a third party, please do not upload, enter or provide this material to this Service. Any materials you upload, enter, or provide to the Service shall remain with you or your authorized person. However, by uploading, inputting, or providing such materials, you agree to grant the Service the right to use, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display these materials for public interest or promotional purposes. The Service may also sublicense these rights to others within this scope. You guarantee that the Service's use, modification, distribution, reproduction, public display, or sublicensing of these materials will not infringe upon the rights of any third parties; otherwise, you are responsible for compensating the Service for any damages.
System Outage or Failure
The Service may occasionally experience interruptions or failures that could result in inconvenience, data loss, or errors during your use. You should take your own protective measures when using the Service. The Service is not responsible for any damages caused by your use (or inability to use) of the Service.

The Service does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any search results or external links. The Service may collaborate with third-party organizations (referred to as "Content Providers") to provide different types of content, such as policies, news, information, or events, which are published with proper attribution. Out of respect for the intellectual property rights of Content Providers, the Service does not perform substantial review or modification of the content provided. You should evaluate the accuracy and authenticity of such content on your own. The Service assumes no responsibility for the correctness or authenticity of such content. If you believe any content is inappropriate, infringing, or inaccurate, you should address your concerns directly to the Content Provider.
Service Modifications and Notifications
You agree that the Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any parts of these Terms or the Service at any time, with or without notice. If notification is required by law or regulations, the Service may notify you through various methods: announcements on the Service website, emails, or other reasonable means now or in the future.
However, if you access the Service in an unauthorized manner, or if the information provided during registration is incorrect or not updated, you will not receive the aforementioned notification. When accessing the Service through authorized means, you agree that any and all notifications provided by the Service to you are deemed delivered.
Intellectual Property Protection
The programs, software, and website content used in this Service, including but not limited to: information, data, pictures, files, website structure, web design and member content, etc., are owned by the Service and other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, and proprietary technologies. No one is allowed to modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, perform reverse engineering, or decompile such content without prior written consent from the Service or other rights holders, except as explicitly permitted by law. Any violation may result in liability for damages.
Payment Method
When you pay to use the Service, you agree to comply with the following terms:

The Service uses third-party payment systems, including NewebPay and TapPay (Cherri Tech, Inc.).

When using a credit card as a payment method, you authorize the Service to deduct fees from your designated credit card account based on your chosen services and billing method.

The Service does not offer refunds.

Billing is based on the UTC+8 time zone.
Handling of Intellectual Property or Copyright Infringements
The Service respects the intellectual property rights of others, and users of the Service are also required to respect the intellectual property rights of others. The Service may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing. If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed, please provide the following information to this Service:
