Knowledge Management New Interface: No More Lost Data

Knowledge management is at the core of any AI training solution. CaiGun 2.8.0 enhances the credibility of AI responses through optimization for transparency and interactivity, allowing you to quickly trace the sources of AI-generated answers.

1) Citation Links: You can click on sentences or paragraphs in AI responses to directly access the original data.

2) Highlighted Key Information: Important details in source documents are highlighted, making it easy to identify critical knowledge during review

3) Original Document Viewer: For sources like PDFs, images, or TXT files, CaiGunn preserves the original format of the content, allowing users to scroll, zoom, and view the content for better readability.

4) Inaccessible Sections: When a chatbot is offline, the system automatically hides the "public and shared" sections of the knowledge management webpage, ensuring data security.

Message Limits Add-On: Ensuring Chatbot Stability

In AI customer support applications, insufficient message limits can negatively impact user experience. To address this issue, CaiGunn 2.8.0 introduces a message limits add-on option, offering enterprises a more flexible way to maintain stable AI operations.

1) Message Limit Add-Ons vs. Plan Upgrades

  • Upgrade First, Then Add-On: Different plans have different message limits. Upgrading to a higher-tier plan allows you to access more messages at a lower unit cost, optimizing overall expenses.

  • Add-on messages are available in units of 200: Enterprises can purchase more message limits as needed, ideal for short-term emergency use, though the additional add-on cost is higher than plan upgrades.

  • No Expiration for Add-On Message Limits: Purchased messages are one-time purchases and they do not expire, giving you the flexibility to use them as needed and ensuring uninterrupted AI services.

2) Billing and Limits Deduction Rules

  • Message limits from the current plan will be used first. Add-on messages will only be deducted once the plan’s message quota is spent, ensuring billing transparency.

  • Add-On Messages Reset Upon Unsubscription: Purchased add-on messages must be used within the subscription period to avoid accumulation.

  • Trial Period Restrictions: Add-on messages are not available during the trial period. If the trial message quota is insufficient, upgrading to a paid plan is recommended.


This new feature allows enterprises to adjust their AI service usage based on actual needs, ensuring stable chatbot operations during peak periods or business growth, and preventing interruptions due to insufficient message volume.
