If you find your robot’s messages are running low, don’t worry! We offer multiple ways for you to easily purchase additional message credits to ensure your robot continues to operate smoothly!
You can add messages in the following ways:
1) From Chatbot List
Step 1: Click the CaiGunn icon at the top left to go to the Chatbot List page.
Step 2: Find the robot you want to purchase the message add-on for, then click Top up.
Enter the number of top-up sets you want to purchase. Each set adds 200 messages.
2) Directly in the Chatbot
Simply select the chatbot you want to purchase more messages and click the Top up button next to the chatbot’s name.
Repeat the above-mentioned steps.
3) From Account Settings
Click the CaiGunn icon in the top-left corner.
Click My Subscription.
Find the chatbot to which you want to add more message limits, then on the right side, click Manage subscription → select Top up to go to the message add-on page.

Messages are sold in units of 200 messages.
Different plans have different per-message prices. Upgrading to a higher-level plan lets you get more messages at a lower unit price, helping you optimize costs.
Purchased add-on messages do not expire—you can use them anytime.
The system will deduct messages from your plan first, then use add-on messages once the plan messages run out.
After canceling your subscription, add-on messages are reset to zero. To avoid unlimited accumulation, use purchased messages within your subscription period.
Trial users cannot add messages. If your message volume is insufficient during the trial, upgrading to a paid plan is recommended.
