When you need more features, higher message limits, or a more efficient user experience, upgrading your chatbot plan is the best choice! Below are three ways to upgrade — just pick the easiest one for you.
1) From the Chatbot List
Click the CaiGunn icon at the top left corner to go to the Chatbot List page.
Find the chatbot you want to upgrade, and click Upgrade.
You’ll be taken to the plan change page — choose the plan that suits you, and complete the upgrade.
2) From the Chatbot Sidebar
Open the chatbot you want to upgrade.
On the left sidebar in the chatbot status area, click the “Upgrade” button.
Then you will enter the plan change page, and repeat the above-mentioned steps.
3) From My Subscription
Step1: Click the CaiGunn icon at the top left.
Step 2: Click My subscription.
Step 3: Then, click Manage subscription → Change plan to upgrade your plan.
Once your upgrade is complete, the new plan will take effect immediately, so you can start enjoying all the new features and resources right away. Don’t worry—billing adjustments will only begin with your next billing cycle!
