Want your chatbot to have the latest information? You can easily adjust and update the chatbot’s knowledge with our Knowledge base management feature. This ensures your chatbot’s responses are always accurate. Here are two ways you can do it.
1. Via Adjust Knowledge Base

If you want to modify the current knowledge base version, go to the chatbot sidebar, click Chatbot setup, then Basic knowledge → click Adjust knowledge base, and you can edit and adjust the content of that version.
2. Via Create a New Knowledge Base

For major content updates, you can create a completely new knowledge version. In the chatbot sidebar, click Chatbot setup, go to Basic knowledge → Rebuild knowledge to generate a new knowledge base version, while keeping the old versions intact.
How to Switch Between Knowledge Base Versions
If you want to switch back to a previous version, go to the chatbot sidebar, click Chatbot setup, go to Basic knowledge → click History, select the version you want to use, then click Apply this version, and the chatbot will start using that version’s content!
