CaiGunn allows you to publish your chatbot and use it on your official website or any other marketing channels your users are already using.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: From the Chatbot Training screen, click the Publish and Share tab in the left menu.

Step 2: Turn on the Publish chatbot toggle.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Embed in Other Sites section. In the Allowed Domain field, enter the website where you want to embed your chatbot.

You can choose your preferred embed method:

• iFrame: Copy the code from the iFrame field and paste it into the desired section of your HTML page. The chatbot will appear where the code is placed.

• JavaScript SDK (floating window): Copy the SDK code and paste it into your HTML page. A clickable chat window will appear in the lower-right corner of your site.
