You can cancel your chatbot service subscription by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click the CaiGunn icon in the top-left corner, then select My Subscription.

3. Find the chatbot you no longer need, and click Manage Subscription on its right side.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Cancel Subscription, and complete the confirmation process.

After cancellation, you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. You can continue using all plan features until the current paid period ends. Once expired, the chatbot will automatically be unpublished, switch to view-only mode, and stop operating.
